Bolivian opposition says that Santa Cruz will have autonomy with or without laws
La Paz, 4 may (EFE) .- The prefect (governor) of Santa Cruz departamentooriental boliviano, the opposition leader Ruben Costas, said today that in the regulatory region the autonomous conley or without laws, to celebrate Independence Day.
