In 9 States accounted for 90% of the debt to the UN budget
Not all United Nations Member States have fulfilled their financial obligations to the Organization. To date, the debt to the regular UN budget for 2008 – 2009 are estimated at $ 1.5 billion of the UN News Center reports.
