Lukashenko: Russia demands Belarus refineries in exchange for a loan

Belarus had never stated that it is ready to give the Russian side of dairy factories in exchange for loans or any other conditions. The statement was made by President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus at the meeting with one of Russia's governors.
